  1. Schedule room through Teaching Library event calendar (use 105 Doe, which is the 'home' classroom for dmtech). If you don't have an account, contact (htse@library.berkeley.edu)
  2. Add the class to the dmtech Google calendar and include short description
  3. 1-2 weeks prior to course send email notification to the follow lists (@lists.berkeley.edu): webworkr, refstaff, dmstaff, instruct (if you are not on these lists contact Tim d.)
  4. If applicable or needed, use this wiki to create course materials
  5. Keep tally (sign in sheet) of participants and add number to google spreadsheet (I'll add you to the document!). Please send me the sign-in sheet after your class.
  6. Keep notes of hiccups or tech issues encountered during course
  7. Have fun!
